FEEL THE FEAR AND DO IT ANYWAY!
Explore the three levels of fear, core anxiety principles, and how to make win/win decisions. Learn to recognize pain versus power language. Reclaim your power over fear. Use grounding techniques. Understand the components of a fear ladder. This workshop provides practical skills for facing fears and building confidence.
BEHAVIOR ACTIVATION IN DEPRESSION
This workshop introduces Cognitive Behavior Therapy principles with a focus on reigniting motivation and identifying enjoyable activities. Explore how thoughts influence mood. Understand how they affect actions. Gain an understanding of behavior activation. Learn practical techniques to challenge unhelpful thinking patterns for improved well-being.
The Connection Between the Food That We Eat and Our Mental Health
Explore how what we eat influences our mental health. This workshop covers the science of how food affects mood. It includes key historical shifts in diet and mental well-being. There are evidence-based nutrition recommendations. You’ll get an introduction to the vagus nerve’s importance for mind-body connection. It also explores the negative impact of unhealthy eating on mental health.

Meet, Munch & Mindfulness
(Free but cost of refreshments is not covered)
This group aims to host social and educational events. Let’s make connections and learn some skills along the way! It is going to be held twice a month. One session will be during the weekday. The other will be on the weekend. This schedule allows people to come when they are available. I know that attending new events can sometimes be intimidating. I am willing to meet people outside the venue. I can also take questions before the event!
